•To ensure raw materials are to be indented for production use on time by the correct quantity and requirement specification •Responsible to bring in raw materials for production use with minimum wastages, (do not over stock), order base on BOM requirement •Responsible managing the stock level and requirement of raw materials •Responsible for ensure all manufacturing indent and PGR are completed before the end of next working day with the operation •Responsible to keep record on manufacturing raw materials indent, received, and used for tracing purpose •Ensure manufacturing raw material records are recorded and track (BOM requirement, indent, produced quantity, indent wastages) •Report status of raw materials (stock ordering, stock used, stock on hand) on every Thursday before 12pm via email to AVP Operations •Applied Just in Time concept for manufacturing raw materials. Delivery of raw materials shall be closest to the requirement date. (taking lead time and production schedule in to consideration) •Responsible in routine raw materials stock take / cycle count / stock check before placing indent. •Responsible in coordinating requirement with Executive Chef, Manufacturing Production Chef) •Scheduled for Weekend duty. •Ensure health, safety, environment and quality policy and procedures are being followed through, including to Halal requirement •Maintaining basic food hygiene record and register for refresher course for both Executive and Staffs (if any)
•At least 2 – 3 years’ experience working in large scale operations. •Worked in a Halal certified Commercial Catering and Manufacturing experience will be an added advantage •A team player under time pressure and must also be work independently •Maintain positive communication with general staffs as a team leader •Ability to work in a high-energy and demanding environment •Ability to work under pressure with tight time schedule •Good knowledge and skills in packaging materials and specifications by account and types. •Preferred a trained in logistic planning •Able to speak and write in English •Basic Food Hygiene Certified •On shift duty (duty may start as early as 2am, and end as late as 11pm) •Work on weekend and public holiday days •Confident at communicating clearly and effectively in a culturally diverse environment
