•Responsible weighing all ingredient for cold cut, marinated, sausage. •Responsible taking care stock balance for dry good WIP. •Implement all work instructions given by the division head. •Ensure cleanliness and safety in the workplace. •Ensure room clean and tidy. •Check batch number by FIFO before prepared spices. •Check and weigh the ingredient according specification. •Calibrate weighing scale before start working. •To ensure spared place for allergen ingredient. •Marking batch number at all beg after scale. •To ensure FEFO and FIFO runs smoothly. •Daily checklist scales are updated every batch. •Update stock balance every day. •Counting stock balance every end of the month •Inform the supervisor or superior if there is a problem with the product and equipment used. •Clean the area and all equipment, use pallet plastic to keep the ingredients. •Ensure to take care of all production materials and machines provided by the company. •Assist division heads to maintain and improve product quality Whatsapp 8181 8966
