Job Description

•Monitor the delivery schedule
•Perform data entry
•Indoor documents, prepare delivery orders, invoicing,
        purchase orders
•To work closely with warehouse teams and to ensure 
        accurate incoming and outgoing stock
•Assist account department
•To perform ad-hoc duties including data-entry task

Job Requirements

•Possess positive work attitude
•Training will be provided
•NITEC / GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
•Possess good knowledge with computer skills in word, 
         Execl, olutlook
•Bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise 
        with Mandarin speaking associates)
•Candidates with Accounting and Microsoft Dynamics 
        NAV working knowledge are welcome to apply
•Able to start immediately or short notice is an
        added advantage
•Working location: 69 Tuas Ave 1
•Working hours: Mon – Fri (8 a.m. – 5.40 p.m.)
