To work alongside the Office Services Team to manage and maintain the office's daily operations. This position requires the successful candidate to lift and manage loads/parcels weighing up to 10kg on a regular basis. Primary Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day mailroom operations; - Maintain housekeeping of Mailroom, Admin Room and Staging Rooms; - Attend to enquiries and fault reporting for all day-to-day operational activies relating to facilities and maintenance of the office; - Conduct weekly office inspection and reporting; - Maintain regular health check of employees' lockers - electronic locks. Assist to replace batteries when necessary; - Assist with office supplies and consumable management. Keeping record of usage pattern, stocks, expiry dates, re-order and replenish, when necessary; - Attend to building management and 3rd party vendor for maintenance, checking or inspection, where necessary; - Assist to update contents on all TVs. Secondary Responsibilities: - Undertake front desking duties, when necessary; - Assist with attending to incoming calls through the mainline; - Support Corporate Mobile Phone management; - Assist the Office Services Team in executing Fire Drills and Power Shut Down exercise; - Support the Office Services Team in coordinating Business Continuity Plan, when required; - Assist with other administrative and facility duties, when required.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel); - Verbal and written fluency in English and Mandarin; - Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; - Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision; - Interpersonal and time management skills.
