Job Description

•Provide administrative and logistics support during the recruitment process which includes scheduling interviews, interview room bookings, administration of assessments, administrative clearances, sending rejection emails etc
•Provide administrative support for video interviews, track completion of interviews and provide reminders to candidates
•Prepare HR documents for face to face or virtual interviews which includes emailing interview documents to interview panel
•Prepare and email appointment packages to selected candidates
•Perform data entry, printing and filing work for entire recruitment/on-boarding processes, verification of staff profiles in Workday
•Manage electronic mailbox and respond to queries from internal and external parties in a timely manner
•Monitor concurrent timelines for submissions and requests, including the provision of timely updates and conveyance of outcomes to the relevant parties
•Assist in the planning and execution of recruitment/engagement events.  This includes preparing EDMs, securing of venues as well as informing all parties of the schedule, logistics preparation, catering and refreshments preparations, as well as working with staff and appointed vendor to prepare the engagement venue
•Assist in other administrative matters such as the drafting of specifications for procurement related documents as well as any other administrative/logistic arrangements as required by the team
•Contribute to recruitment operations review and projects

Job Requirements

Contract Duration

•3 January 2022 to 31 December 2022


Working Location

•Victoria Street / Work-from-home [Note: Due to the evolving COVID-19 situation, the appointed temp staff may be working from home unless advised otherwise]


Working Hours

•5 Days (Mon to Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm)
•Lunch break: 1 hour


Offered Salary

•$3,000 to $3,500 per month (Commensurate with experience)


Requirements

•Diploma / Degree holder
•Candidate with at least 2 years of relevant experience
•Good communication (written and spoken) skills and IT-savvy.  Experience using Workday will be advantageous
•A resilient team player, who is meticulous, good communication skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
