Job Description

Provide support in delivery of products according to customer orders
Plan and coordinate product delivery activities 
Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers.
Contact customers to confirm delivery rate and address
Notify customers about any delivery delays in advance
Respond to delivery related inquiries and concerns from customers
Communicate and follow up with internal stakeholders in group chats 
Support to process part-time driver payrolls
Assisting the delivery manager
Occasional stand by duty for enquiries

Job Requirements

Min ‘O’ levels - Diploma
Highly customer oriented
Excellent analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
Bilingual English and Chinese (required to respond to inquiries and  concerns from English and Chinese speaking customers)
Responsible individual with ability to work with little supervision
Singaporean are welcome to apply.

Working hours:
5 working days, alternatively 2 off days
