The Operation Assistant provides general support to all the Operations Departments within the property, namely Reception, Housekeeping, Engineering and Security Departments. He/she will also effectively and efficiently handle enquiries through telephone calls, emails etc. He/She must also ensure that the accuracy of distribution and communication of significant information to both internal and external customers are well maintained. The other job responsibilities include the following but are not limited to: 1. Attend to all internal and external telephone calls. 2. Attend and respond to all general enquiries received via emails on a timely basis. 3. Handling food/item delivery for guestrooms and maintain proper records 4. Manage guests’ accounts and information, and apartment availability in the system. 5. Receive and convey messages to guests promptly. 6. Arrange taxis/grab transportation reservations for guests. 7. Handle and record guests’ feedback and complaints and refer issues to supervisor or other relevant departments. 8. Perform any other responsibilities when needed.
