Candidates are responsible for overseeing outlets in Singapore to service, inventory, Cleanliness, SOP, promotions, sales, staff training.
Provide excellent customer service and understand customers’ needs. You are the driving force behind our client's structure and expanding opportunities — directly impacting our growth and success. Experience in F&B or digital marketing positions will be an advantage. Training will be provided.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on the menu and promotions
• Achieve company’s goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• “Go the extra mile” and take ownership of the business.
• Actively seek out potential marketing strategy
• Be familiar with the company's products and knowledgeable on products advantages
• Follow-up on customer’s feedback
• Work with HQ team on strategies and marketing
• Build productive trust relationships with customers and staffs
• Comply with company’s policies and work ethics
• Suggest ways to improve the overall big picture (e.g. planning marketing activities, staff training )
• Work experience in operation manager or similar role
• Track record of experience F&b roles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of the customer, market, staff dynamics, and requirements
• A friendly and warm personality with a customer service focus
