Job Description

We are looking for Operations Admin / Admin Assistant (Full Time) to join our Restaurant at Suntec City. 

Responsibilities 
•Handle full spectrum of operations administration. 
•Restaurant/s daily takings reports (cash deposit, sales report). 
•Time clocking Management. 
•Restaurant/s staff working schedule. 
•Collecting all the purchases invoices/delivery order and controlling the Restaurant & Food managers signature. 
•Posting all the purchase invoices into purchasing system. 
•Office Administration (mail, fax, calls, doors, neat office). 
•Purchasing (stationery, water, other office items). 
•Other duties as and when assigned by the company.
