We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Subscriptions & Offline Operations Executive for our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.

About the role:
This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Subscription and Offline.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with telesales team to process Vendors’ applications
- Responsible to maintain data hygiene within CRM tool, and internal spreadsheets
- Work closely with the Vendor onboarding team to ensure smooth onboarding and activation of accounts signed
- Responsible for front-end checks and raising issues/concerns that might compromise the user-experience
- Support Head of Subscription and Offline in preparing reports or any other ad-hoc administrative duties
- Support customer support department in resolving customer issues relating to Subscription and Offline
