Cleaning Concept is searching for an Operations Manager to manage our accounts. The Operations Manager actively manages and directs company programs and implements company policy to ensure compliance with contract duties between Cleaning Concept and the customer.
The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supplier contact and customer relations.
Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the sites under your charge.
Plan and develop work schedules are carried out accordingly as per our contract service
Inspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment for safety and quality.
Audit and maintain inventory, supplies and equipment.
Investigate and promote use of equipment and suggested methods of improvement.
Review customer service requests to ensure quality and priority.
Analyse and facilitate budgets to identify areas of cost savings and improvement.
Ensure site meets budgeted goals.
Coordinate program specifications and requirements for proposals and contracts.
Ensure safety and regulatory compliance with regulations such as, WSH, MOM and NEA etc.
Act as liaison among company, customers, employees, and subcontractors.
Establish and maintain relationships with contractors; maintain current database of contracts and contractor status.
Conduct meetings to maintain consistent, timely and effective communication within all levels of the business.
Supervisory work involving assignment and direct supervision of employees in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of the assigned areas. Inspect areas, equipment and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Oversee and manage employees’ concerns and work-related issues
-A minimum of two to three years of experience in cleaning industry is preferred.
-Able to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
-Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, employees, and general public.
-Customer service, problem solving, time management, project management, planning, excellent communication, presentation, interviewing, coaching and training skills.
-Knowledge of MS Office and Computer Related Skills.
