Operations Manager (Warehouse)

Job Description

1)Supervise, coordinate and manage all day-to-day warehouse operation & activities.
2)Manage and control warehouse inventory strictly and efficiently, making sure inventories are accurate.
3)Supervise, organizing, arranging and rearranging of items in an orderly fashion in a warehouse to achieve optimized usage of warehouse space.
4)Able to use mechanical handling equipment efficiently, manage the usage and training of all equipment.
5)Having a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these.
6)Produce regular reports and statistics of operation on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
7)Ensure good quality of services to Customers.
8)Plan & coordinate well with other inter-department Heads.
9)Strong leadership and be able to motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
10)Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
