Services required include the following:
Opening and closing of doors
Work with cleaners to ensure cleaning is carried out daily and according to specification
Report fault and/or areas of maintenance/improvement
Prepare rooms for usage
Ensure proper swithing off of lights, fans and air-conditions with a view to prevent wastage
Preparation of rooms for special use e.g. meetings, seminars, discussion, etc. To have a checklist for different occasions
Ensure proper storage of things in the store room after usage
Half yearly tidying of storage spaces/rooms
Traffic control every morning at the main gate
Other ad-hoc operations and logistical duties assigned by OM/AM/VPA
Qualification: Attended primary school education
Skill & Experience: Potential candicates must be physically fit and have no problem carrying items like furniture to different location to set up for exam, or events upon request.
The contract staff must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
At least 2 years of experience working in schools.
Must have positive working attitude and personnel may be required to work outside his/her working hours on some occasions.
