A vibrant health product brand invites applicant for the following full-time position.

OUTDOOR MERCHANDISING  OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Job Responsibilities:
•To ensure that sales are deployed in an efficient manner so as to achieve timely delivery and to minimize out-of-stock as well as the market returns
•Provide timely reporting and feedbacks on the sales performance. Daily Reporting (Photo & Report submission via Internet & Whatsapp)
•Performs daily sales operations from where she / he is stationed by covering a geographical zone as defined by the Head of Sales to Projects
•To manage the schedule of all sales to ensure that all routes are covered at all times to minimize operational disruption
•Create sales strategies to attract new customers, expand product supporters and select good store displays 
•To ensure that all normal and promotion POSM are put up in accordance with promotion activity campaigns/plans
•Conducts visits to current & loyal customers to promote the relationship and additional sales of products
•To provide backup delivery support of stocks, samplings and etc. as and when required
•Ensure that all products/goods are displayed and arrange in a tidy manner at all outlets
•Visit the assigned customers daily to maintain good rapport
•Prospect new customers and negotiate an agreeable term
•To ensure all merchandising standards are adhered strictly
•Able to gain market insights and report on a regular basis
•Develop good product knowledge and market awareness
•Build solid rapport with potential and existing clients
•Replenish (Top Up) Stock
•Drive sales growth
•Event support
•Collect payments
•Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements


Skills And Personal Qualities:
•Must possess good health, capable of a full day outdoor work hopping between clients, within the given territory.
•Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic understanding of convince, negotiation and persuasion techniques
•Ensure work is documented at the end of every work day and all necessary reports are submitted daily
•Self-motivated and independent, good attitude, hard-working and honest
•Capability to perform under zero to minimal daily supervision.
•Better handling of common sales objections
•Accuracy and attention to detail needed
•Good Written and Spoken English
•At least ‘O’ level or above
•Open to part-time and temporary
