Outlet Manager (Full time)Salad Stop Pte Ltd
Working Hours : Shift Work / 5.5 days per week Responsibilities: •Manage daily administration and kitchen operations together with the team to achieve daily goals •Prepare daily and monthly reports to be sent to the office (invoice, petty cash, monthly attendance, Payroll reporting, etc.) •Work together with the Kitchen Supervisor in daily and monthly stock maintenance, ordering, and inventory. •Assist District Managers in preparing the monthly and yearly Food and Beverage division budget •Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the team and the company •Conduct and schedule trainings for new staffs •Conduct briefings and performance appraisals to gauge staffs’ knowledge and guide them towards their career path •Motivate the team in achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets. •Act as a supporting & rotating role to perform duties of the Artist, and Prep as needed.
