• To assist in maintaining highest quality Food Hygiene procedures and practice in Central Kitchen • To ensure that all controlled documents like TQM manual, SOP (standard operating procedures) and working instructions are maintained and updated regularly • To assist conduct all internal audits IQC, IPQC & OQC for all Central Kitchen production departments. • To assist in preparation of the organisation for audits purpose and external accreditation reviews (e.g. ISO 22000 / ISO 9001 / HACCP). • Diploma and/or above in related field • Food Technology Knowledge/Qualification ( bonus point ) • Microsoft Office applications • Able to work in a fast-paced environment • 5 days work week- Mon to Friday
• Experiences in Central Kitchen Production / Manufacturing QA/QC process • Diploma and/or above in related field • 5 days work week- Mon to Friday
