Job Responsibilities • Prepared of ingredients for mixing according to recipe. • Receiving stock from suppliers • Make mix in the mixer according to ingredients prepared. • Form mix into different sizes and bake produce different types of sponges. • Bake in oven. • Baking and unmould the tart shell. • Cooling and packing of the finished products • Prepare filling and creaming of tart shells • Decorate tart shells and packing. • Maintain cleanliness of the workplace. • Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements • Minimum GCE N-Level or, ITE qualifications • Pleasant and cheerful personality, energetic and team player. • Able to work under pressure. • Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate would be an added advantage. • Knowledgeable and diligent in adhering to food hygiene.
