Principal Executive, ERP Operations X 6 (Contract: 5 Months, subject to extension for another 7 months)Business Edge Personnel Services
Reporting to the Manager, your primary responsibilities include supporting the ERP Call Support Team, existing operations of the ERP system and activities to transit to the NexGen ERP system. The ERP Call Support team operations will assist to provide written feedback and calls to the general public on ERP enquiries. You will also maintain and update relevant ISO documents, process manuals, reports and records as well as to attend to queries from internal and external stakeholders such as government agencies on ERP related issues. You will need to keep abreast of latest ERP policies and procedures to provide accurate information to public. Also, to resolve customer’s queries effectively and promptly. You will need to work as a team to ensure that the team KPIs are met. Performing any other tasks assigned by Reporting Officer.
