Reporting to the Manager, your primary responsibilities include supporting the ERP Call Support Team, existing operations of the ERP system and activities to transit to the NexGen ERP system.
The ERP Call Support team operations will assist to provide written feedback and calls to the general public on ERP enquiries.
You will also maintain and update relevant ISO documents, process manuals, reports and records as well as to attend to queries from internal and external stakeholders such as government agencies on ERP related issues.
You will need to keep abreast of latest ERP policies and procedures to provide accurate information to public. Also, to resolve customer’s queries effectively and promptly.
You will need to work as a team to ensure that the team KPIs are met. Performing any other tasks assigned by Reporting Officer.
•5 Months (Subject to extension for another 7 months)
•5 Days (Mon to Thur: 8.30am to 6.00pm; Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm)
•Up to S$1,800 per month
•A Diploma in Information Technologies or Engineering would be preferred
•Fresh diploma holder / Candidates with other qualifications but relevant working experience will be considered
•Possess effective communication & strong customer service skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
•Meticulous with good verbal and written communication skills
•Strong passion for continuous learning and improvement
•Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and a team player
•Experience in customer service or call centre will be an added advantage
