Job Description

*Responsible to raise, process and manage Purchase Orders of IT equipment, stationery, Vehicle purchase/leasing etc
*Process in the procurement of Insurance for Project sites
*Responsible to conduct Site audit
*Assist in the estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets process for purchases and tendering process
*Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
*Assist in the review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
*Assist in the negotiation of the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
*Ensure that the products and supplies are of high quality or acceptable quality that meet Company requirement
*Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
*Maintain and update a list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development
*Work with team members and procurement manager to complete duties as needed
*Responsible to generate reports
*Assist in stores managing
*Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

Job Requirements

*The Candidate must be at least a GCE ‘O’ Level
*Preferably with 1 - 2 years as a procurement officer or related position with sound knowledge and *understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems
*Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
*Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
*Able to work with a wide customer base of different industries
*Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
*Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
*Good aptitude & attitude /meticulous & possess great initiative
*An outgoing personality and approachable demeanour, has a passion for Cleaning business
*A team player who can work under pressure to meet deadlines
*Ability to work independently with minimum guidance
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
