- Manage Purchase Function (meeting up with suppliers, price comparison, ensure documents are in order, feedback to suppliers when needed, monthly purchase report, etc). - Liaise with relevant parties for purchase items. - Handle the PO processing requisition. - Handle general admin duties of the department. - Update and maintain purchase order file and filing systems. - Any other related duties as assigned by Immediate Superior.
- Design knowledge will be added advantage. - Independent, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task. - Good command of spoken and written English, great interpersonal skills, customer-focused.
