Full Time : $ 2000 - $ 2800 / PER MONTH

Job Description

You will be responsible for the running and marketing of Tango programmes, provide customer service and customer engagement activities.  You will also support the planning and execution of social activities.

To accomplish this in the context of:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
To support the operations with the purpose of achieving key customer targets and optimizing profits through customer acquisition and cost effective measures. Maintain a high standard of integrity, corporate governance and timely management.

TANGO ACTIVE AGEING PROGRAMME
Promote services and programmes to achieve key customer targets
Provide customer support to customers, vendors and partners over counter and phone, which includes but not limiting to enquiries, service registration, service confirmation, service coordination and feedback

Engage customers on a regular basis for customer retention management

Maintain timely records of enquiries, service registration, service booking and utilization

Maintain timely communication with service providers and partners in delivering services

Handle complaints and feedback positively

Plan and organize activities which suit the needs of customers

Responsible for banking-in of sales money according to Finance’s SOP

GENERAL
Assist the manager in maintaining a good level of engagement with community partners and service providers

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Cluster Managers, CICs, NTUC Health Wellness Team, ActiveSG and others) in executing collaborative programmes

Assist in marketing activities to outreach to target groups

Assist the manager in tracking progress and evaluating the programmes

Provide admin & logistics support and keep track of expenditure

Submit petty cash reimbursements for manager’s approval

Prepare timely reports to the management and funders of the programme

Job Requirements

Minimally “A” Level
Possess working experience in customer service, relationship management, retail service or volunteer management
Well-versed in MS Office

General:
Active and outgoing
Strong interpersonal and communicative skills
Ability to speak English & Mandarin will be an added advantage
Willing to travel
