Duties and Responsibilities: •Prepare Progress Claims/Progress Report & Claim Submission •Verification of subcontractors’ claims and suppliers’ invoices •Negotiation and settlement of claims with supervisors & coordinators •Prepare and monitor tender documents, contracts, budgets, claims, bills of quantities and site related documentation. •Maintain proper record of all AIs issued to date including updating Summary of AI costing submitted. •Measurement and pricing of all AIs for submission. •Prepare monthly progress claim and payment. •To source for quotations from specialists/ sub-contractors/ suppliers, prepare comparison, negotiate, and award contracts. •To administer contracts and ensure that they are completed within budget. •Assist in the settlement of the project final accounts with client, suppliers and sub-contractors •To prepare payment response to the subcontractors’ monthly claim, monthly progress claim, certify subcontractors’ progress payments. •Handle other assigned duties as required.
