Job Responsibilities · A proficient level of experience in interior design concepts such as space planning, furniture, fixtures, and product research · Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable in interfacing with clients, consultants, vendors and internal staff · Management of projects to target deadlines and budgets conceptualize, execute and implement creative ideas. · Follow approved estimating practices consistent with corporate guidelines. Ensure such practices result in the most complete estimates possible while ensuring the financial objectives are met · Provides improvement recommendations to cost estimating procedures to reduce future discrepancies between estimated and actual costs · Identifies cost trends to assist management in cost reduction and process improvement efforts Creative and innovative with a proven ability to craft strong design concepts and prepare efficient layout solutions · Familiarity with general office procedures, such as processing purchase orders, ordering supplies and general office equipment. · Any other duties as & when required.
Requirements: · Diploma in Interior Design or any relevant · 3+ years of experience with commercial interior fit-outs, on very tight time frames with high-end finishes · Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Excel, Power Point and PDF Editor · Good in communication skills · Excels under pressure and can maintain a calm demeanor at all times · Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously · Reliable, focused, and detail-oriented · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are pre-requisites for this role · Singaporeans only
