QC Technician

Job Description

•Identify and report any non-conformity to immediate Engineer and Operations personnel.
•Inspection of parts and responsible for the workmanship based on the standard/drawing requirements. Personal stamp will be issued upon completion of training/confirmation.
•Ability to use measuring tools such as Vernier Caliper / Bore Gauge / Height Gauge, etc.
•Performs deburring task such as Grinding/Buffing/Sanding.
•Requires to perform hand-on task such as Honing/Bushing Insertion and Rubbing.
•Works closely with the Engineer and Supplier on the quality matters.
•Any other ad-hoc duties that is being assigned by the Engineer.
