Key Responsibilities · Ensure food safety policies and procedures in compliance with HACCP and NEA regulatory requirements. · Improve the Food Hygiene Audit standards system and perform the role of Management Representative. · Comply and update the management on the Company’s hygiene standards and procedure on a periodically basis. · Report non-compliance on food safety regulations for management attention. · Guide and provide corrective actions to production leaders and crews, always strive for continuous improvement at the production area. · Inspect and ensure overall personal and work environment hygiene meets the required standards. · Responsible for day-to-day visual inspection of food processing / finished goods to comply with the Company's required standard. · Inspect and test incoming raw materials or products according to the established SOPs. · Responsible for managing full sets of documentation related to all certificate system obtained by the company and ensure its compliance. · Any other duties as assigned. Educational and Work experience 1. ITE/Diploma Holder (Food Science or equivalent) in any discipline with minimum 1-2 years working experience in Food and Beverage industry. 2. Good knowledge in Food & Beverage and Basic Food Hygiene Expected Areas of Competence 1. Hard working and able to work long hour. 2. A good team player with good communication skills. 3. Competency in Microsoft Office software, Words, Excel and PowerPoint. 4. Attention to detail and quality orientation
