Job Description

Our client, a logistics company, is hiring:

Document Controller
• Update aircraft components / parts MRO details via SAP
• File documents of aircraft components / parts systematically
• Retrieve documents upon request by customers
• Ensure document, data and records of aircraft components / parts are properly updated and filed for ease of retrieval
• Maintain and ensure safe keeping, retention and traceability of relevant document / records
• Adhere to relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI)
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor
-Min. ‘O’ Levels or equivalent
-Min. 1 year of working experience of data entry & document filing
-Experience in aviation industry is a bonus
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Knowledge in SAP system is a bonus
-Locals are welcome
-$1800-$2000
-Transport provided at the following MRT locations-- Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Admiralty, Seng Kang, Tampines, Tanah Merah, Pasir Ris


Quality Inspector 
.Inspect aircraft spares
.Verify aircraft spares to ensure appropriate accompanying documents from the OEMs, vendors and suppliers
.Work on continuous improvement projects to improve work areas & procedures
.Facilitate periodic audits from civil aviation authorities & customers
.Maintain Shelf Life records for aircraft spares with limited life
.Monitor and conduct surveillance audits on all stores activities within the Bonded Stores
.Raise Discrepancy Reports for any discrepancies found on any aircraft spares in the Bonded Stores
- Fresh Diploma/Nitec in Aerospace OR
- someone with warehouse assistant experience in aerospace industry
- Proficient in MS office and presentation skills
- CAAS M10/L11/L12 is a bonus
- Locals are welcome
-$1800 - $2100 (depending on experience)
- Transport provided at the following MRT stations-- Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Admiralty, Seng Kang, Tampines, Tanah Merah, Pasir Ris
