Quality Senior Assistant

Job Description

Responsibilities
·       Collaborate and perform investigations with other depts, and report writing arising from Customer complaints;

·       Facilitate compilation of Bertschi and Customer KPIs;

·       Perform Quality site inspections and audits, track follow-up for closure of findings;

·       Act as site’s advocate for continuous improvement of proactive Quality culture & performance;

·       Assist in Quality initiatives & campaigns to manage risks, and reduce probability of Quality incident occurrences;

·       Participate in ISO audits and gear towards quality excellence;

·       Perform any other tasks as required.
