•Responsible for quantity take off and cost estimation.
•Review M& E drawings, specifications and documents
•Evaluation and certifications of contracts
•Preparation of tender submission and pre-tender pricing certification
•Sourcing of new vendors (sub-contractors and suppliers), compilation of quotation and competitive prices and summarizing sub-contracts, materials and equipments
•Prepare monthly progress claims and necessary cost analysis report
•Scheduling project deadlines and general co-ordination with all parties
•To attend site meeting whenever is required
•Ordering of materials, preparing purchase orders as per requested
•Computer software - autocad, microsoft, 3D modelling etc.
•Minimum Diploma in relevant background.
•Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experiences
•Familiar with computer software. i.e. autocad, bim, excel, etc.
