Working Hour: Normal shift | Mon to Fri
•Greet visitors, customers, vendors and employees in a warm, friendly and professional manner.
•Take ownership for the entire reception area, including and not limited to ensuring the environment is clean & tidy
•Respond to complaints in a timely, professional and courteous fashion
•Ability to resolve a customer's problems without disruption
•Register and provide a temporary visitor badge
•Ensure proper escort for non-worker personnel within company premises.
•Visually check employees and contractors photo badge before allowing unescorted access to the facility.
•Answer phones, transfer calls and provide general assistance.
•Ensure proper movement of company and personnel in accordance with local guidelines.
•Inspect packages entering and leaving the building in accordance with site procedures and guidelines.
•Support customer/site visits, tours and/or on-site training activities, as needed.
•Candidate must posses minimum GCE N Level
•Preferably 3 years of experience in school administration
•Have good interpersonal skills, independent and self-motivated.
•Conversant in English
•Possess excellent customer service
•Pleasant working attitude
•Good communication skills
