* Administer the recruitment and manage the candidates for job vacancies.
* Manage and answer to phone calls from job advertisements and sources.
* Conduct interviews at Job Fairs/Career Fairs & walk in Interview at jobsites.
* Responsible to screen, review candidate profile and job matching with available job vacancies.
* Follow up, coordinate with Hiring Managers on selection and interview of shortlisted candidates.
* Follow up with resigned workers on their resignation reasons and offer re-employment via transfer of jobsite to retain resigned worker.
* Assist to coordinate on Job Fairs/Career Fairs organisers where necessary
* Responsible for the updating of recruitment records.
* Responsible on monthly recruitment reports.
* Any other duties as assigned by HR Manager.

*Ability to work independently with minimum guidance
*Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
