•Proven working experience in recruiting •Manage full cycle of the recruitment process •Develop an effective candidate pipeline •Identify sourcing channels and strategies through internal/external job portals, staff referrals, social media, recruitment vendors, etc •New staff on-boarding activities such as issuance of staff passes, access card, uniforms, etc. •Supports the manager in implementing recruitment strategies •Maintaining manpower / headcount date report and performance for HR Manager •Other ad hoc recruitment Admin duties
•Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Human Resource Management or equivalent. •At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. •Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
