Job Description

• Assist with preparations for audit:
- Perform physical stock take and verification of files
- Updating of records in filing system
- Help with files destruction exercises and ensure proper housekeeping of files in Registry
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails 
• Any other work-related duties assigned by the supervisor

Work Schedule:
Contract Duration: 1 Year 
Location: Near Outram Park MRT Station
Working Hours:
8.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday)
8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
Salary: $1600 - $1800

Job Requirements

• GCE 'A' levels or Higher Nitec/Nitec
• Well-organised and meticulous
• Good written, communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft applications i.e. MS Outlook, MS Excel
• Motivated and able to work independently and multi-task
• Relish the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment and can perform under pressure.
