Job Description

• To know and follow through the standard operation protocol for:
  - Daily opening and closing of outlet
  - Daily outlet operations
  - Administration and staff management
• To be responsible and accountable for:
  - Required job roles and responsibilities 
  - Fulfillment of daily tasks and additional tasks (as assigned)
  - Staff punctuality
  - Personal grooming
  - Management and supervision of staff 
• Responsible for providing excellent service standards at all times, and to ensure courteous and efficient food and beverage services to the customers. This includes but is not limited to the following:
  - Be proactive and vigilant in service.
  - Interact with customers in a pleasant and calm manner.
  - Greet all customers by name warmly, with an appropriate greeting.
  - Keep updated on current menu (e.g. specialties, menu deviations, to be aware if running out of items, etc.)
  - To attend and respond to the customers’ needs promptly and professionally. 
  - To collect and process payment and/or give to the cashier, return change or credit card to the customers. 
• To prepare the F&B outlet for daily operations. This includes but is not limited to the following:
  - Daily preparation and set-up of food and beverage items. This would include operating kitchen / cooking equipment (if required). 
  - Ensure condiments are refilled.
  - Perform all other preparation tasks as required.
  - To take orders, serve meals and ensure that all food and beverage items are consistently topped up and replenished. 
  - Assist in stock taking and storage of stock, including checking deliveries.
  - To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning of kitchen utensils/appliances, furniture & fittings etc. 
• To assist in ensuring a high level of health and safety, cleanliness and food hygiene and to ensure that safe working practices are followed. To report any problems to the Outlet Manager or Operations Manager.
• To comply with grooming and appearance standards at all times.
   - Adhere to grooming standards consistently.
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in Customer-oriented approach and patience
• Candidates who has hospitality experience has an added advantage.
• Able to lead the team.
• Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal skills.
• Food Hygiene certificate.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
