Oversee in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant Provide a high quality of service and deliver excellent dining experience to all the guests Plan staff roaster and provide training and coaching to staff on customer service and product knowledge Respond to customer complaints professionally and provide service recovery Ensure the quality is up to standard for all food served Gather feedback to improve the customer’s experience Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time
