As a Management Trainee, your work station is at one of our retail store and you will assist your Store In-charge and will be trained in the full suite of store operations, including performing stock-take, stock arrangement, people management, applying operational policies, standards and procedures; and performing customer service. Roles and Responsibilities * Shop Tour - familiar and understanding the trading areas * Selling Floor - display standards, color coordination of products, etc; * Stock - inventory management * Pricing and Product knowledge * Promotion and Sales process * Customer Service standards * Delivering Sales / Targets Achievement * Maintaining personal and productivity goals * People Management and Development * Documentation and POS procedures * Any other ad hoc duties assigned
