Job Responsibilities:
•Perform retail duties in the assigned outlet.
•Welcome customers to the store and attending to them.
•Assess customer needs and wants; answer customers' questions / concerns if any, make product recommendations.
•Ensure merchandise is in-stock and displayed on shelves in a presentable manner.
•Build relationships with customers, create your own pool of regular customers.
•Perform cashiering duties.
•Meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
