Job Description

Our curry themed restaurant – Curry Times, serving local dishes has vacancies available.

Responsibilities:

- In charge and oversees outlet to ensure smooth running of the outlet daily operation
- Adhere to day-to-day opening and closing sales procedure
- Schedule manpower duty roster
- Ensure sales proceeds are banked in on time
- Ensure that physical stock tally with POS system
- Management of inventory and stock level
- Maintain housekeeping of food hygiene practice
- Ensure and maintain consistency in food quality
- Provide training to outlet employees on customer service and product knowledge
- Handle customer feedback and complaints
- Assist in taking customers’ order
- Serving of food and beverages to customers
- Attend to customers promptly and professionally
- Stock service areas with necessary supplies
- Ensure good hygiene and cleanliness of restaurant at all time
