Job Description

Demonstrate and promote products and services
Attend to customer feedback & complains.
Maintain excellent product knowledge / provide accurate product, price and promotion information.
Take charge of all operational aspects in store and maintain store display 
Maximize sales and achieve sales target by upselling/cross selling of products across different categories and brands.
Stack, display and replenish products on the shelves, as well as monitor expiry dates and shelf lives of products. 
Conduct on-the-job training for new team members.
Continuously review and enhance SOP to improve business performance.
Support manager to develop team members’ performance and behaviour.
Responsible for manpower scheduling.
Support manager to develop team members’ performance and behaviour.
Operate POS, phone applications, Whatsapp and other retail equipments if required. 
Maintain a high level of standard for shop cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
Work closely and assist Branch Manager with any other duties assigned.
