Job Description

• Assist customers to sign up on FairPrice app.
• Coach customers how to scan.
• Guide customers to packing area.
• Travel allowance and incentives are provided.

Job Requirements

• Cheerful personality, mature working attitude and be able to work independently.
• Polite with excellent communication skills (engaging as we have mature customers that would not respond too well with hard selling).
• Confidence to approach potential customers, be approachable, and able to handle rejections.
• Tech savvy; confidence to troubleshoot and answer customers questions.
• Comfortable working at and traveling to multiple stores within a zone (East, West, Central).
• Able to commit 5 days per week on rotating shift (especially during weekends/public holidays; off days fixed on Mondays and Thursdays).
• Commitment Period: 6 months - 1 year
• Able to work from 11am to 8pm (working hours may change due to roadshow).
