•Retailers in personal care services, F&B and wet market stallholders are required to be on a regular Fast and Easy Testing (FET) regime and to complete a mandatory ART swab once every 14 days. Staff is required to conduct surprise check on the retailers’ / stallholders’ ART results.
•To educate retailers on the use of Health Promotion Board’s Swab Registration System (SRS) to upload their employees ART results.
•To guide and explain the step by step self-swab procedure.
•To perform safe distancing checks and crowd control to ensure that shops / market stall operators (including stallholders, etc.) and patrons/members of the public comply with the safe distancing measures:-
-Shopkeepers / stallholders to wear mask in a correct manner, covering nose and mouth.
-Remind shop operators/stallholders on SDM and to control their customers to maintain 1m SD queuing.
-Guide and remind customers about SDM and how it is meant to protect themselves.
-Help to space out the customers who fail to observe the 1m SD.
•Educate shop operators to carry out access control and queue management (where necessary).
•Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned to facilitate contact tracing / SMM.
•Staff needs to use their mobile phones/tablets to capture the info, take photos and send back report on the same day
•Staff’s mobile phone/tablet should be updated to the current industry standard.
•Staff have to bring along portable chargers with them to ensure that they can access their mobile devices during their working hours.
•Staff may have to travel to different assigned sites in other estates.
Work Duration: Immediate till 31 Dec 2021
Work Hours: Based on roster [11am - 7 pm / 8.30am – 4.30pm] (inclusive of 1 hr break and is subject to change to meet operational needs)
Work days: 5 days/week with 2 rest days i.e. mixture of 1 on weekend 1 on weekday
Location: 3-4 sites per zone, 1 site a day
