Data-entry duties (form 70% of the time), updating of database, invoices and reports, administration and coordination support to Product Department. (e.g. data filing/management).
Ensure on-time and accuracy of key entry of sales reports
Compiling of reports
Perform General Administrative Duties such as updating selling prices on billing system and checking inventory, file records.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Proficient in MS Office (Strong and able to work using in Excel with Vlookup, pivot table etc)
Possess at least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
Conversant in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Possesses high accuracy in processing information.
Self-motivated, pro-active, positive and able to work independently
Able to commence work within short period
