1) Proactively develop new customers and grow business with existing customers
2) Work out the costing of products to arrive at the part cost for quotation to customers
3) Advise, propose and recommend effective solutions for products
4) Understand customers’ needs & requirements and liaise with the department concerned to meet these needs
5) Provide quality after-sales service and value-add service to customers through technical problem advisory, proposal of alternatives, cost savings
6) Develop account strategies to meet sales growth & profitability targets
7) Liaise with Design, Material and Sub-con personnels for quotations requirements to customers
8) Gather customers’ insight and market intelligence to assist business teams to win projects; countering competitors’ strategies
Job Requirements
- Sales & marketing strategies
- Market intelligence in Stamping industry
- Technical understanding in Metal Stamping, Tool Making, Machining processes and costing
