You will be part of a team to plan and drive Chief HR Officer’s Office’s (CHROO) vision across the Public Service. The CHROO convenes platforms, to foster networks and across agency/function collaboration, facilitate sectoral dialogue and looks at strategies to invest in capability and capacity building for the HR community. Your work will involve working with stakeholders to deliver on CHROO’s objectives which include, but not limited: •Providing support in the implementation of the HR Competency Framework and career development initiatives for HR officers (e.g. arranging briefings and development of materials etc) •Designing communication materials and curating content to engage the HR community and stakeholders in the Public Service •Managing CHROO and HR community’s branding via social media platforms as well as internal portals e.g. HR Portal •Providing administrative and logistical support for events organised for the HR Community e.g. brownbag sessions, conference, tea session for HR talent etc
