Job Description

The jobholder will be responsible for supporting the government job portal and HR system data verification.

1.Careers@Gov and HR System Support

The Careers@Gov is the Singapore Government Job Portal where the public can search and apply for government related jobs.  The portal also allows existing government employees to search for job opportunities in other government agencies and apply for these jobs.  The jobholder will be responsible for the following:

a)Manage the Careers@Gov helpdesk inbox.  This includes promptly replying queries sent to the inbox and coordinating with relevant parties to obtain the necessary information to address the queries.
b)Execute report generation functions to generate reports from Careers@Gov


2.HR System Data Verification

The jobholder will also need to do verification of HR System data.  The verification includes checking data migrated from the legacy HR System (known as HRMS) to the new system (known as HRPS), including the following tasks:

a)Compare HRMS data against the data that has been transformed for loading/loaded into HRPS
b)Report problems identified during the verification, and track the reported problems have been resolved by the Vendor for re-verification
c)Hold discussions with the lead or Vendor lead who are in charge of the respective data being verified, in order to confirm whether an observation during the verification is a genuine problem

•5 Days (Mon to Thur: 9.00am to 6.30pm; Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm)


Offered Salary

•S$11.00 or S$14.00 per hour (Depending on qualifications & experience)


Requirements

•Diploma/Degree holder
•Self-motivated individuals who value integrity and teamwork
•Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
•Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
•Attention to details
•Good written and verbal communication skills
•Experience in using SAP system will be an advantage
