Roles and Responsibilities - Strategize and develop impactful programmes, collaterals, articles, obtaining donations, sponsorships, to benefit our residents, NOKs - Recruit, solicit the necessary assistance, liaise and engage volunteers, donors / sponsors, grassroots and internal Depts to support ongoing community-hub related projects - Building up a strong community culture with the community - Oversee and develop external publications and centre-level resources, including annual reports, articles, standard operating procedures - Coordinate and liaise with Corporate Services and external agencies on media- related matters such as media consent forms, interviews, press conferences, filming, award nominations, etc - Handle and attend to any public feedback, service quality-related matters, complaint letters from Government agencies - Support internal departments with any volunteer / donor management needs and in fostering closer collaborations / partnerships - Draft the necessary appreciation letters to Volunteers, Donors and sponsors to thank them for any donations, sponsorship or assistance rendered. - Liaise and collect donations and donations-in-kind from Donors / sponsors - Support in the preparation of departmental workplans, CP’s own reports and related admin work. - To liaise with CS CE and internal Depts for any fundings, status updates, etc received from various Foundations
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of 3-5 years with Media, Volunteer Management, Corporate Communications experience in Social Sector, Healthcare, Public Sector or equivalent relevant experience would be preferred. - IT-savvy; creative, familiar with MS Office suite, able to write well, interact and present to various levels of Management. - A team player . - Able to multi-task and work independently - May require to work over the weekends due to schedule / availability of volunteers, donors, sponsors, collaborations with the Grassroots
