As Senior Executive for Content search & discovery, you will work on impactful initiatives that will: - Directly impact Fairprice Online’s customer experience and drive revenue growth. - Interacting closely. - With various business partners (tech, data science, UX design & research, catalog content team, merchandise, marketplace), you will enable our customers to search, browse and explore our product catalog. - You will lead data-driven projects to initiate, plan and execute strategies with the target to improve product discovery and search relevance. - You will ensure that the structure of our product catalog categories matches our shoppers. - Buying missions and stays relevant to our growing assortment. - You will develop sets of complex attributes with the goal to improve search results, enhance user personalization or improve filter relevance. - You will design dashboards and analyses with the goal to enable data visibility and improve performance on key metrics such as add-to-cart, CTR, click position.
- 2-3+ years of professional experience in one of the following fields: E-commerce, other B2C, start-up (food tech / ride-hailing...), CPG, Management consulting. Background in a start-up environment is preferred. - Master's degree in analytics, business, management, or related fields from a reputable university. - Exceptional analytical skills. - Proven experience managing large amounts of data, including experience in SQL. - Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Data Studio) and knowledge of R / Python languages are a plus. - Experience in business analytics and project management. - Curiosity and willingness to learn are the most important!
