Working closely with Sales Manager to actively seek out and engage customer prospects, identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, and service solutions in order to boost top-line revenue growth and profitability of the beverage business unit. JOB DESCRIPTION • Execute company initiatives and deliver sales excellence to ensure proper execution of sales and organizational goals by setting proper key performance indicators for team members • Keep General Sales Manager informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily work reports and weekly work plans • Service customer accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on new potential sales outlets as well as working with the team to promote sales, achieve brand sales volume targets & agreed gross profit levels • Liaise with Purchasing or Inventory Manager to maintain wine inventory at required levels and ensure no OOS situation • Provide product education/training to wine sales team and trade customers when required • Maintain up-to-date and accurate wholesale price book and prepare quotations, tender submission, proposals of house pour and regular wine listing contracts • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key trade customers to benefit development of the brands • Management of sales team structure. Allocation per customer/trade channel of sales team resources. Setting of objectives, both qualitative and quantitative in consultation with General Sales Manager or General Manager • Grow the company’s market share in on-trade sector consistently each year.
Requirements: • Candidate must be a Singaporean with at least a diploma/degree and Professional Certificate WSET Level 3 Awards in Wine & Spirits • Possess intermediate wine knowledge is a must • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in sales • Self-motivated with proven good sales track records • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
