To manage trade marketing, sales, branding, advertising and promotional activities. Provide strategic direction and implementation of marketing plans that build brand image to strengthen the sales revenue & profitability. JOB DESCRIPTION: · Work closely with all brand principals to review and develop strategies and plans to achieve business and brand targets. · Monitor sell in numbers to ensure targets are met. · Prepare monthly reports, visits and business reviews with brand principals. · Analyse monthly depletion and shipment reports to monitor brand performance and identify new opportunities to grow the brands. · Monitor and manage brand A&P budget and claims and ensure all expenses are accounted for. · To work closely with respective sales division to strengthen sales revenue and facilitate growth. · Craft yearly brand plans for key brands and route to market for the different channels. · To work with purchasing/inventory and manage brands’ forecast, inventory and sales movement for all brands. · Organize and execute staff and customer training programs, product launches and events. · Organize trade or industry events such as local and overseas trade shows, trade tastings in support or educational visits overseas. · Compile market research, trade competitors’ movements and market trends to propose strategies and action plans. · Any other adhoc trade marketing activities and support when required.
REQUIREMENTS: · Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Marketing · At least 3 years of marketing experience within a similar environment · Resourceful and self-driven, able to work independently · Understanding of the company's business strategies, competitive environment and industry trends to proactively anticipate business needs and develop appropriate objectives and strategies
