Job Description

Responsibilities
•Attend to phone calls from customers
•Attend to all requests from customers for repair and maintenance jobs
•Make repair recommendations to customers on necessary or additional jobs
•Administer all documentation pertaining to costing, claims and vehicle history files
•Any other duty assigned by supervisor from time-to-time
